Beer & Food pairings featured this week at Twain’s

To tantalize you some more this week, come in any day for a bite and beer.

First.  Panko crusted goat cheese with baby greens, fried Brussel sprouts in cranberry and caramelized onion vinaigrette, to pair with our Dirty DIPA.

Second.  Grilled skirt steak over roasted sweet potato fingerlings, braised local greens, and a mushroom demi pairs nicely with MacGaruffus’ My Bock.

Third.  Chocolate Pot de Creme with house whipped cream and toasted coconuts is lovely with our Koko Buni porter.
